The new BALEAP podcast production team are very pleased to share the first two episodes of the ‘All Things EAP’ podcast! Over the past 12 months the team have been working across time zones to set up this new, free, online resource for all EAP practitioners. The podcast explores a wide range of EAP topics with each episode being co-designed with EAP practitioners from different contexts. The episodes draw on helpful literature and research as well as practitioner insights and reflections on BALEAP and other EAP events.
